Vintage V neck Quintesse dress by Frank Usher.  It is predominantly fuschia with a black and lilac abstract design.  It features long floaty sheer sleeves, a black waistband, underbodice and skirt with a beautiful silk overlay.  It is brand new but unfortunately missing its original price tags, hence the reduced price.
