Shipping Policy

Free Standard Delivery on all UK Orders!

*  Standard 2nd class recorded delivery                                         Free for orders over £10.00

Delivery Time 2 - 5 working days

*  Next Day Delivery by Royal Mail or U.K. Mail                          £8.00 for orders weighing up to 1kg

                                                                                                               £10.00 for orders weighing between 1kg - 5kg

                                                                                                               £11.00 for orders weighing between 5kg - 10kg

Delivery following day if order placed before 12;00N if order placed after 12:00N the delivery will be the day after.  For instance, if the order is placed before 12:00N on Friday the order will be delivered by Saturday (Royal Mail) or Monday (UK Mail); if the order is placed after 12:00N on Friday the order will not be delivered until Monday, unless it is a Bank Holiday, in which case the order will be delivered on Tuesday.

Return & Exchange Policy

*  We want you to be happy with your purchase, however, if you are not, or if the goods are unsuitable and you would like to exchange them for a different colour, size or style, please notify us immediately either by 'phone or email so that we can check availability for you for an alternative item.  Then return the goods to us at the address below within 14 days of their receipt, stating your order number and what style, size or colour you would like to exchange the item for.  All goods must be returned in their original condition with tags still attached and packaging undamaged.  Please include a copy of your invoice with the returned goods.

*  Please note that we do not cover the cost of postage for returned goods.

*  We are not liable for any loss or damage to goods in transit and, therefore, strongly suggest that you return any items via recorded delivery.

Refunds

​

*  If you receive the wrong item or an item is damaged we will refund you in full including the return postage; just make sure that you return the unwanted item within 14 days of receipt in its original packaging and with all tags still attached, along with a copy of the invoice. Upon receipt of the wrong or damaged item please email us immediately at the email address below with details and 'photos of the damage.

*  In order to receive a refund of the postage you will also need to include a receipt for the postage along with your order number.

*  We will refund to your original form of payment within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

*  If the goods are unsuitable and you would like a refund, please return the goods to us at the address below within 14 days of their receipt stating your order number and whether you would like a replacement or full refund.  All goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused and with tags still attached.

*  We are not liable for any loss or damage to goods in transit and strongly recommend that you return the item(s) via recorded delivery.

*  We do not cover the cost of postage for returned goods (except as stated above).

*  All refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment within 14 days of receipt of returned goods providing they are returned undamaged and in perfect condition.  Any items returned with tags removed, marks or odours on the items will not be refunded.

*  Your statutory rights are not affected by this return policy.
